Thiscourse is for students who have previously completed a HVAC trainingprogram or earned HVAC certification.  Students will study CommercialRefrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems.  Topics include:
  • Reach-in Refrigeration
  • Walk-in Refrigeration
  • Defrost Systems
  • Ice Machines
  • EPR and CPR Control Valves
  • Multi-compressor and Evaporator Systems
 
Students will have the opportunity to earn NCCERcertification for each skill set mastered.  This class is for adultsonly and applicants must meet certain requirements for admission and areresponsible for Application and Registration fees (see Admissions).  For other costs for the adult student* entering this program, please see below.
 
Course Length and Meeting Times:
  • Day-time Program: 5 days per week, 8am - 3pm, 8 months, 840 hours
  • Evening Program: Monday - Wednesday, 5pm - 10pm, 10 months, 840 hours
 
Costs:
  • Tuition: $2,940.00*
  • Lab Fee: $600.00
  • Tests: $50.00 each

*The 13th Year Tuition Waiver may be applied to this course for adults who qualify.
